“ Lovely hotel. One of the best for breakfasts. Fantastic selections. Nice rooms. Very helpful, friendly staff and reception staff. Easy location to metro stop for the centre of Lisbon. Vey enjoyable, relaxing stay. Good gym and spa services.
“ Top Tip: The zoo is a 10 min walk away. Great location.

“ As requested prior to our arrival we were allocated a room with a fantastic view across the viaduct and 25th Sept bridge on a high floor which was much appreciated. The standard of the room was very good although we would have liked more milk portions as 2 was inadequate. The a/c wasn't very good in cooling the room but was managable, this is minor critiscm. The food in the Tripico and lounge bars is outstanding and served with great professionalism, by friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay thank you

The Spa was excellent - the young girl, Caroline, in charge being outstandingly helpful; and the service and standard of the restaurant was very good.
The hotel room was let down by inferior air conditioning and insensitive packaging. For example, a welcome note and complimentary bottle of wine would be appropriate for a 5 Star Hotel. Rather, there was a crude price tag on the bottle of still water, which was not even refrigerated and there was no room to put it in the refrigerator.
The standard of room service was poor. We twice rang down for a bottle opener to open what proved a mediocre and expensive bottle of wine. It never appeared, and we had to chase down to the bar to open it, having waited an hour by then.
The man restocking the mini bar was rude and insensitive - pushing past me when I was trying to pack to leave at 11 ish on day of departure. The room entrance passage was narrow, and I was trying to retrieve my clothes to pack and he kept pushing past. He took the used water glasses, rinsed them in our bathroom, and dried them on a towel in front of me. I politely asked him to leave so I could concentrate on packing, and asked him to come back in five minutes. He eventually left, but it spoiled the hotel for me.

This hotel proved excellent value. It is within easy reach of both the airport and city centre. A reasonable bus or taxi ride will connect you from the airport to the hotel and the metro station is close at hand.
Breakfast is very good providing a wide choice of fresh tempting food. The leisure facilities are extensive and well maintained. The bathroom is well-appointed with good quality towels.Beds are firm and comfortable.
Staff are efficient, helpful and polite.
“ Top Tip: This hotel is situated in a new commercial district and is surrounded by other similar buildings- so as a tourist it is difficult to find local authentic bars etc. but the zoo is very close as is the metro -which makes it easy to reach other parts of Lisbon.
