“ Accommodations of decent quality, by a US scale - solid 3 star. Clean, easily accessible via metro. Some issues very typical of non-branded hotels (no iron upon request, promises to call back and never happened, only one person at reception overnight, who may be very abrupt if they are busy doing something else - not an issue as such, but if you need directions at 11pm when the majority of restaurants are closing, and need to get there asap, waiting 20 min for the person to get off the phone is not possible, and when you try to signal to attract attention, regardless how polite, all you get is a gesture or a look. We ended up just leaving and finding our own way). To get a 10 out 0f 10 this hotel needs to concentrate on the guest more, make the guest a priority over everything else.
“ Top Tip: Breakfast is very cheap at the 2 pastelarias up the main road (next to Picoas metro station) - go there!

“ Modern, clean hotel on a quiet street. Convenient for the airport bus and near to the Metro. Approx. 20 minutes walk from the main square and restaurants or 5 minutes on the Metro. English speaking staff. Room was a decent size. Good value. Would stay there again.

“ Had 4 rooms booked. Rooms all modern, lovely bathrooms. Problem , was that they were cold and took a while to warm up. They supplied us with extra blankets. Reception staff very attentive, informative and helpful. Breakfast was fine -no complaints from my party of 9.
“ Top Tip: The aerobus dropped us 100m from the hotel . Cost 3.2Euros for the ticket which we used on the buses the whole day and got further discounts on the tours. We caught the 44 and 36 buses which took us into the city -10min drive. Taxis weren't expensive

“ This is a very pleasant hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. Its very convenient for the airport bus and for bus into centre. I would definately recommend it.
“ Top Tip: Take the train to Cascais and Sintra for a visit. The transport system is very efficient and very cheap.
