“ Hotel was excellent, very impressive, outstaning level of cleanliness.

The Manager & staff could not have been more helpful throughout the stay, activities for children from 10:00 - 13:00 daily.

Outside sea pools with access straight into Atlantic.

Stayed on 9th floor with amazing sea views

Looking forward to going back, the children have already said that the prefer to neighbouring 5* that we generally visit

“ Top Tip: If you do stay visit Mama Mia - on site Italian restaurant food is execellent and value for money.

Also for the children take a trip on the Santa Maria (Pirate Ship) 3 hrs round the coast (Pirates, Parrots & Diving into the Sea) - A nice way the see the Island

“ the hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful, our room was very clean. the hotel has great views looking out to sea and the area around the hotel was very good, great restaurants and two pubs within walking distance which both have good food. we plan to go back to madeira and will stay at this hotel again loved it

“ A very nice contemerary hotel. Stayed on a B&B basis,plenty of choice at breakfast, although the food could have been warmer. Ate at the hotel Italian Restaurant "Mamma Mia". The food and service was so good we decided to go back on our last night had a lovely meal on both occations. Would definately go back to this hotel.

“ Top Tip: The open topped tour buses are good value, 12Euro for a two day ticket.

“ The hotel was wonderfull and the breakfast buffet was will presented and a wide choice of foods and drink every day. The pool side staff are very helpfull, if you can not find a sun lounger then they would get one for you and put it where you wanted it. They also put on towels at the pool side which you are given a card for. The pools are cleaned every day, and the whole area is very clean. We could not find any fault with the hotel what so ever. We was that impressed we are going back next year.

“ Top Tip: Just across the road from the hotel is a great little pub called the Hole in One. The staff are very friendly and if you want a light lunch or a bite to eat the food is lovely. There is a restaurant right next door to the Hole in One called Chalet Vincente, you will need to book, you might be lucky like we was, to get a table for two but we did have to wait a couple of hours but it's worth it.
