“ Nice location on top of mountain with good views of Braga city. Quality of room wasn't that good. It was a bit tired looking and worse than many 3 stars we stayed in during our travels of spain and portugal. We can only assume hotel had a 4 star rating due to its other facilities. I.e it had quite a nice indoor pool. And 4 machines qualifying as a gym.
“ Top Tip: Eat at the terrace bar cafe over looking Braga. Its a short walk from the hotel and offers fantastic views of city to watch the sun go down. With very reasonable menu prices for those on a budget.

“ The great thing about this hotel is it's location, facing out over the plaza in front of the church at Bom Jesus do Monte. The grounds are attractively landscaped and very well kept, and while the hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant there is one in the Hotel Elevador just across the plaza and there is also a very popular terrace cafe that is great for breakfast, with stunning views out over Braga. Our room in the hotel was fine, nothing special but perfectly adequate. The rooms have little balconies that you can stand on but there's not enough space to sit out there.
“ Top Tip: The funicular at Bom Jesus runs from just a few yards away from the hotel. This connects to a half hourly bus to/from Braga town centre, so a car isn't essential.

Signage could be improved to reach the Hotel.
Unforgivable even if they have wifi do not have a computer for internet connection. If you advertise a business center across the street at the Hotel, Hotel do Parque, but that is a real scam: They charge € 3 for a quarter of an hour of computer use and over a potato is very slow. We could not read mail or how slow I went.
Otherwise, great, in terms of quality / price ratio and also have an indoor pool with jacuzzi free to use with spectacular views and well conditioned.
Very quiet at night and good service. Outside there is a separate terrace of the hotel, where you can eat hamburgers or sandwiches for a great price. The hotel buffet cost about € 21 depending on the day and breakfast 7 €, so you better have dinner in the terra coffee and a pastry for 2 €
