“ I did not like this hotel for 2 reasons. The noise on the wooden floors is unbearable so one is not able to sleep. We had people running up and down the hotel corridors on wooden floors at 2.00 a.m. swearing like troopers which is not good with little kids in the room.

“ We were greeted and checked in by a very rude receptionist who made us feel stupid for asking a few questions. We only had a nearly empty roll of toilet paper in our room and only 1 towel, even though we booked for 2 people.
