The Sacred heart Lodge a former Convent building refurbished into a modern Lodge with still all the classic looks. As one of London's listed buildings this modern Lodge provides you with all the modern features and still have a nice and classic look. The traditional carvings in the doorposts and ceiling and the huge circular staircase are the centre point of this amazing building. Provided with everything you need this place is one of East London's most amazing places to stay.No 2 rooms are the same. As a listed building no changes have been made to the sizes and or locations of the rooms. With this some of the rooms are unexpectedly large. With the 25 cm mattresses thick duvets and pillows you're guaranteed to have a good night of sleep. Or just be around to enjoy.Just a stone throw away from the Olympic Park. And with a less that 2 minute walk from the station the Lodge is very reachable by public transport. Even during the night guests can easily travel from and to central London by the 24Hr busses...

This refurbished, 17th-century convent is set in Hackney, near one of the sites for the 2012 Olympics. It offers a mixture of modern and traditional décor and light, cosy rooms. All of the individually furnished bedrooms are well-equipped with facilities, including a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy comfortable, thick duvets and bedding. All rooms have views of either a quiet street or the garden. 24-hour reception is available, and the accomodation features both traditional carvings and a large, circular staircase. Guests can also make use of the LCD TV and free Wi-Fi in the relaxing lounge area. Homerton Rail and Underground Station is less than 2 minutes’ walk away, with easy access into central London in 25 minutes. The Hackney 2012 Olympics Site can be reached in a 15-minute walk.
