“ Very good quality hotel, a few miles out of the centre of Santiago (the hotel helps guests by providing a minibus Mon-Sat that takes you to the Centre and will bring you back). Our double room was one of the best we've ever stayed in. Very spacious (effectively two double beds!), well decorated and furnished (an office desk and chair and two comfortable armchairs; spacious, modern, classy bathroom. Good staff, many of whom speak English. Good quality restaurant. Good but not great breakfast buffet. The hotel grounds are very interesting and, together with its location, help to make it a very relaxing place to stay.
“ Top Tip: Visit the Cathedral after the Mass (starts 11.00-12.00) for pilgrims. Many interesting cafes and restaurants in Santiago old and new town. Enjoy walking around a truly welcoming and wonderful city.

“ The hotel doesn't give a good first impression from outside, but once inside it is a real 4 star one. The rooms are comfortable, although not too big, staff friendly. most of them able to speak English to a good standard.
