“ Don't know where the 4 stars came from, 2/3 star hotel at best. Needs a refurb ! Nice friendly staff at reception, easy to find on the main Avenida in Vittoria.

“ we found the hotel to be really nice, rooms were cleaned every day, all hotel staff were very polite and spoke with a good level of english, breakfast in the morning was good, hotel staff were always there to help with any quiers that you had, one thing that i would like to say about the hotel it was close to the main centre and bars,with restaurants also close by, the basque were so so friendly i must say it is one of the niceiest cities that i have been to, so much to see and do 5 days was not enough, i would recommend hotel barcelo gasteiz to anyone who is thinking of visiting vitoria in the basque country 10 out of 10. colin francis, i will be booking hotel barcelo gasteiz again in december and i cant wait, i would like to thank travel republic for booking this hotel for me and my party.
“ Top Tip: there was so many good bars and restaurants local, plus plenty of shops, supermarkets, clothes shops anything you wanted it was right there on your doorstop, its a must place to go and visit.
