This apartment complex was renovated in 2003 and consists of 4 floors with a total of 150 apartments. It has a sizeable lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception with a safe, a café, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, as well as an Internet terminal, a car park and a laundry service. ## Location This peacefully located apartment complex lies within 100 metres of the nearest sandy beach. The town centre, which offers public transport links, countless entertainment and shopping venues, restaurants, bars and pubs, is approximately 3 km away and Torrevieja is 15km away. ## Rooms The light, stylish rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a minibar, a fridge, tiling, central heating, a safe, and a separate lounge area. The rooms are cleaned after they have been vacated by the guests. Housekeeping incluides changing the towels every 2 nights and changing the sheets every 4 nights. ## Sport The apartment complex also offers a swimming...
“ Nice clean hotel, although rooms a little dated and could do with refreshing. Rooms had everything you needed though, even an iron. Clean towels available everyday. You do have to do your own cleaning. Restaurant food excellent. Be warned very loud entertainment goes on in the evening until midnight. Wasn't a problem for us but could be if you were an early to bed person. Would stay again.

Jessica Beach is built in front of the sea with direct access to the beach. The bungalows have two floors, with a lounge-diner, wash-room, kitchen and terrace on the ground floor, plus two double bedrooms, bathroom and balcony with sea views on the top floor. They are ideal for families and are situated in a peaceful area. Guests can partake in a number of water sports, golf, horse riding and other activities in the area.
“ Being a party of four , on arrival clean and tidy , plenty of bedding , daily towel supply , local shops , bars and restaurants . Idylic setting on the beach which was very clean and caught the sun all day .
