“ Appreciate by the cost this was a budget hotel, and I have stayed there before on a short trip, definitely not a winter hotel, and during visit there were approx 8 other guests, mainly contractors. Suspect hotel more suited for contractors than visitors to Alicante

“ We are happy about our stay there,good service, very kind and friendly staff. Having a fridge was great.Would be very nice to have in the room a ketle, cups and some cutlery. In one of our rooms the radiator in the bathroom didn't work at all for all the time and heating in that room sometimes didn't work as well. To conclude would be nice to have varied breakfasts, but we loved your coffee and fresh orange juce. We liked hair drayer, wardrobe and curtains. Was very funny to hear noise of taken litter after midnight :)

We asked for a non smoking room and a low floor we got floor 5 and a room which was obviously used by smokers. the smell to non smokers was overpowering
On saying that the girl in reception changed the room to a non smoking and on the 2nd floor immediately. To all the reception staff thank you, they were very good, giving us directions and maps of the town and suggesting places to go
The rooms were clean and tidy and the maids were in every day we stayed
The breakfast was very basic, if not poor in choice, but you could eat as much as you wanted
If we could a similar room, we would stay there again, the good parts outweighted the bad start we had when we arrived but it got better as the time went on

Top Tip:
The Leuka is 100 metres from one of the main streets in alicante ond if you turn right you come to a round about with a beautiful fountain with bar on all sides.
The hidden treasure is under this fountain there is avery mordern rail system the runs along the coat towards Benidorm. An hours ride and a bargain at only 11.40 euros return
A mile for the hotel is the marina the beach and a promenade full of returants and bars and the shopping area Las Rambles
In otherwards a nice place to visit for a few days and the weather was 28-31 degrees in October

Convenient for airport(15 mins taxi, 20 euros, 25 minutes bus 2.65 euros and a walk) Shopping , beach and Old Town within walking distance for those enjoying a stroll.
Good value accommodation with continental breakfast (self-service buffet on Sunday, cafeteria service on other days. Room clean if a little dated-no view as on main street.Staff helpful and pleasant.
