WE FOUND THE SUN PALACE VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS, WITH EXTREMELY COURTIOUS AND HELPFUL STAFF. ALL MEALS WERE BEAUTIFULLY COOKED
AND SKILLFULLY PREPARED. ALTHOUGH THE SERVING PLATES WERE COLD AND COULD HAVE BEEN WARMED THROUGH. SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE CHANGED EVERY DAY ALONG WITH THE CLEANING OF THE ROOM, A VALUABLE SERVICE MUCH APPRECIATED. ALTHOUGH THE BEACH IS TWENTY MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE AWAY, THERE IS A REGULAR HOTEL BUS SERVICE WITH A FLEXIBLE TIMETABLE TO TAKE CLIENTS RIGHT TO THE BEACH AREA WITH PIC UP TIMES
ALL THROUGH THE DAY. THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY WOULD NOT HESITATE RECOMMENDING THE SUN PALACE.

“ Really clean and pleasant hotel, located far enough away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to amenities and the beach. The hotel provides a shuttle to the beach for those who find the hill too much. The restaurant has a good selection of food and the breakfasts are plentiful with lots of choice. Never a problem getting a table as the staff are hard working and ensure everyone is seated promptly. The outside areas are clean and inviting and although not huge, the pool area never got very busy on any of the occasions that I have stayed there, this was my 4th visit this year. It would seem that this is where the Spanish go on holiday and so a great place to visit to get away from the British in Benidorm.
“ Top Tip: Lots of bars and restaurants around locally to catch up on UK Tv of you can't live without the X factor! Take the number 10 bus from the town just a few kilometers to Benidorm El Cisne Market on a Sunday morning. It's a great place with live music at lunchtime and is a good all round market with everything including some wonderful antiques shops. Then head back on the bus before 3pm for El Albir market in the centre and some lovely roast chicken.

If you have mobility issues it is 400 metres up a steep hill.
Pool unheated and very cold and I do not take kindly to paying for the use of the safe in my room.
No tea or coffee making facilities

“ The staff were very efficient,friendly and accomodating and well trained. The hotel was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. the food was varied and appetising. This was our second visit and we shall certainly return. All in all excellent value.
“ Top Tip: Hong Kong chinese retaurant. Excellent food and staff very friendly.

Great location right on the beach overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel features a large pool and terrace on the beachside, facilities for children (playground and club, hotel operated in Summer high season), entertainment, bars, disco and a buffet style restaurant.
“ The hotel was clean and the staff were very good. If anything, I think the hotel could just do with bringing up to date interior wise, as it was clearly tired. There was plenty of food at meal times - if a little repetative, but there was always a different main choice. I would certainly go there again especially for a good base for going out and about from.

Albir Garden Apartments are modern and well-equipped and with good facilities. This is a truly attractive complex of low-rise apartments, an ideal holiday resort for families. Set against a backdrop of hills, the Albir Gardens enjoys a quiet location with cafes and restaurants only 150 metres away. The resort centre is a distance of 1 km and the beach is 1.4 km. Lots of family fun and games, good value for money and friendly staff to entertain you. Book the Albir Garden Apartments for a relaxing holiday with some quality time for all! Local Tips: This region has some fascinating local historical sights and natural wonders to visit if you want to get out and about. Official rating is second category.

This hotel has 5 floors and a total of 201 rooms including 196 doubles, 2 junior suites, 2 Superior rooms and a room adapted for disabled guests. It has a lobby with 2 external glass lifts, an internal lift and a 24-hour reception area with a safety box and a free wifi Internet access area (only in the reception area). The establishment has a bar-cafe with a TV and a pool bar (summer only), as well as an air-conditioned buffet restaurant, 4 meeting rooms and a crystal lounge for meetings and events (payable on site). There is a garage for guests arriving by car (fees payable on site, subject to availability). A laundry service is provided on request (payable on site) and 24-hour room service (with local charges). Younger guests will enjoy the hotel's two playgrounds.
“ We stayed at the hotel for one night and although the hotel looks nice from the outside it really does not qualify as a 4 star hotel in fact I would say it just about qualifies as a 2 star although it does have spa facilities and a swimming pool.
