An apart-hotel complex renovated in 2009, consisiting of a building 9 stories high. Theere is also a swimming pool available for guests. The apartments are ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday.The Apart-Hotel is located in front of the Luis Campomanes port. Just opposite the sea and pebble beach, near to the towns of Calpe and Benidorm.
Also located only 10 minutes by car from the residential town of Altea full of traditional charm.An en suite bathroom, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating as well as a balcony or terrace are provided in all accommodation units as standard.The apart-hotel has a swimming pool available for guests. In the port of Luis Campomanes one can hire sailing and motor boats. There is also a diving centre and a sailing school.From the motorway AP7 take the exit 14 "Altea/Calpe" and continue in direction Calpe via the N332 highway. After passing a large church, continue and on the right there is a small road that indicates the "Campomanes" port, follow this for approximately 2kms. The apartment complex has a large glass front and can be found at the shore edge, just before the sports port.

We have now returned to this accomodation following our visit Sept/Oct 2011.
Most of our comments remain the same, except,
Better---some signage on main N332 road but would still be difficult for a first time visitor to locate.
Worse---Room service/Clean Towels/Clean Sheets now only weekly and therefore none at all is you stay one week. We had service only once in two weeks.

The directions to find the Hotel are appalling and even using Google maps bear no relationship to where it actually is located.
The address is given as Altea, when it is not. It is a few kms beyond the signs for the end of Altea town limits and is not sign posted at the turn off of the main road to assist location
Neither the Hotel nor the adjacent Hotel containing the Reception are displaying signage to match those shown in the booking process.
So finding it is a NIGHTMARE !
Despite the description not all apartments have Dishwashers as the one we were allocated did not have one, so we requested a room change for one that has a Dishwasher, and that was granted.
Once in the apartment though it was very well equipped and clean with a good maid service. However the TV, whilst being multi-channelled, was only receiving Spanish language broadcasts.
We were fortunate as we always have a hire car to collect upon arrival because if you didn't you would have a serious problem. There is no nearby bus service or shop to buy supplies, both be located up a steeply inclining road which was twisty, hardly illuminated at night, and dangerous if you are walking.
The nearest Restaurants are in the Marina itself, with prices to match, and although our visit was Sept/Oct most were closed.
The only nearby beach appeared to be quite steeply shelved, not sandy but pebbles, and not suitable for kids.
Having said all these negatives, for us, when settled in our second room, it was superb ! Great Views, very quiet, no screaming kids due to its location, and being fully mobile with the car we had no problems.
Would we go again, now that we know where it is, YES, but be aware they close from end of Nov to end of March and it is French run.

“ We liked the area and whether the apartment is very bien.Las views are wonderful. The worst thing is that we have had to take the car for all but still we have been very well especially for the peace he had.
