“ The hotel has a good location and is as typical spanish as you will find. Excellent staff who are very pleasant and accomodating (one member is English but not always on duty). Rooms well furnished, clean and comfy, some rooms bigger than others. Food is well presented but limited. Typical Spanish working town.
“ Top Tip: English is not widely spoken so a little spanish would be helpful, but there is an excellent English bar Called the Bull for those who prefer it. Plenty of Spanish tapas bars/restaurants/cafes and limited shopping. Beach very close to the hotel as is the tram/train station with very, very cheap fares.

Very good budget hotel.
Very clean rooms but some are on the small side,mine was ok.
Meals are fine but the menu was limited.
For £20 pp full board this hotel offers excellent value.

Swimming pool on the top-sediment on bottom... but good view-smoking place.
Nice a suny place, but no for young people-no disco!!!!!I spend there 4 days from 19.10.-22.10. one day was cloudy...other sunny 27 degrees....swimming!!!!

“ Top Tip: Beach and pubs 1 min. from hotel.Tram tu Benidorm(dolphins show,water patk....) 3.65 euro return ticket(45 min-one way) to Alicante 1.35 euro one way(25 min.) Taxi from airport Alicante to hotel 37 euro(3 adults) way back(receptionist call) 35 euro.

Renovated in 2001, the fully air-conditioned hotel includes 2 building complexes and with 5 or 6 floors and a total of 159 rooms, of which 46 are singles, 102 doubles and 11 are suites. The hotel has an attractive pool and garden area, a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and lift. It also includes a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area.
“ Do not go all inclusive.The food is fairly good but getting drinks at the bar is difficult.At the rear of hotel is a busy road.Get a room overlooking the pool.

Built in 1975 and renovated in 2004, this fabulous 4-floor hotel has a total of 84 rooms of which 5 are singles and 79 are doubles. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast foyer with lifts, a 24-hour reception desk, a conference room with Internet access and a safe. There is also a cosy bar, a cafe and an e la carte restaurant. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is a doctor on call. There is also a car park open to hotel guests (additional fees apply).
“ this is a no singing and no dancing hotel, a fit for purpose holiday hotel for us. we used it to shower and sleep, staff were all very helpful to any requests we made. if in the area again,which i will be i will use again. if its the ritz you want then be prepared to pay for it. i would recommend taking earplugs then if you dont hear you dont complain.

“ Where do we start heating in hotel was none existant exept in your bedroom if you put it on,the bath water if you were lucky you may get two inches in the bath then it went stone cold.the staff were surley to the point of being ignorant at times leaving you standing there waiting to be served in the coffee bar whilst they carried on talking with other staff members.
