Built in 1984, the apartment complex offers a total of 15 apartments, which are spread over 3 floors. Guests have the option of using an individual safe and the complex's car park.The apartment complex is situated at the heart of the leisure area of the town of Denia. The beach and the sea are to be found within a few minutes walk of the complex (approximately 150 m) and a stop offering connections to the public transport network in addition to a diversity of shopping options, bars and restaurants are all situated close to this simple complex.The apartments each come with an en suite bathroom, kitchenette and a lounge area. In addition, they are also equipped with individually controllable central heating, a safe, a fridge and satellite/ cable TV.
The cleaning staff will clean apartments following guests' departure.The hotel also has its own swimming pool and there is a golf course some 5 km away that may be used by guests on payment of an additional fee.The establishmet has no 24 hours reception services.
