“ Hotel is good. Staff helpful and friendly. Self catering facilities could be better. Not close to the beach but the beach in Albir is mostly pebbles. Not a place for lovers of the sand. Rooms comfortable.
“ Top Tip: Several good bars. Three Lions has a good atmosphere. Great breakfast next door in Flavours. The Nuevo Hong Kong is remarkable value. if you like Chinese you might eat here every night.

“ I have stayed at albir gardens many times, so I know what to expect. No english tele apart from true movies. Staff at reception very willing as always to give you whatever help or info you need. Catering facs abit limited, but all in all a good place to stay self catering. i would not go all inclusive as very large groups of teenagers[sports groups from all over ] plus very large groups of disabled make for a very loud eating experience.
“ Top Tip: Big Big letdown is your transfer to and from Albir gardens. It was taking so so long myself and and another passenger got off the very very big coach and paid for a taxi. Coming home I was misled to believe I would be picked-up at 7.00am when in fact I was informed it would be 5.45am. i was on the coach for TWO AND AHALF hours for a 40min trip. I will never use your transfer again!

“ A nice hotel, but must be careful with room, that you can get, you may end up above of very noisy hotel bar - till 00 am, and morning traffic noise from starting 5 am. It seems that the cheapest rooms are just those - on the left side of the main building.
“ Top Tip: We found a Dutch restaurant just on the street before beach, left side - Carpe Diem, good value, good food, nice service!

“ Top Tip: Read the reviews but go with an open mind. A good chinese just down t6he main street really good value for money.

“ Good clean hotel.Staff very helpful, and because we arrived in the early hours of the morning and the supermarket was closed they gave us teabags and milk at no charge and we were self catering.Nice to have air con that you didn't have to pay for like some hotels i've visited.Plenty of towels in apartment too which was good.Had a enjoyable stay and shall return again.
“ Top Tip: Ten minutes into town with lots of great places to eat and drink.Directly opposite hotel is a very cheap supermarket .

Great location right on the beach overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel features a large pool and terrace on the beachside, facilities for children (playground and club, hotel operated in Summer high season), entertainment, bars, disco and a buffet style restaurant.
“ The hotel was clean and the staff were very good. If anything, I think the hotel could just do with bringing up to date interior wise, as it was clearly tired. There was plenty of food at meal times - if a little repetative, but there was always a different main choice. I would certainly go there again especially for a good base for going out and about from.

“ We have now returned to this accomodation following our visit Sept/Oct 2011. Most of our comments remain the same, except, Better---some signage on main N332 road but would still be difficult for a first time visitor to locate.

“ We stayed at the hotel for one night and although the hotel looks nice from the outside it really does not qualify as a 4 star hotel in fact I would say it just about qualifies as a 2 star although it does have spa facilities and a swimming pool.

A well known and popular hotel, situated right in the town centre of Benidorm, just a few minutes from the Poniente beach and the shops, restaurants and bars of Benidorm old town. Two restaurants with buffet system. Facilities include open air pool, covered and heated pool, ballroom, games room, TV lounge, gymnasium with sauna, squash courts and jacuzzi, hairdressing salon, parking etc... Daily entertainment programme with orchestra or disco every day, plus shows, cabaret, flamenco etc.
“ The hotel itself was satisfactory but the food was atrocious. Not recommended for English people at all. The choice was poor and quite frankly inedible. I'm not a fussy eater and will usually try anything but this was really bad.
