“ Everyone at hotel very charming and helpful. All spoke English. Restaurant approx.£18 for main courses, in very restful comfortable restaurant. Breakfast buffet excellent in separate restaurant overlooking swimming pool. Swimming pool very pretty, grounds lovely with palm and banana trees. Rooms in separate bungalows.

Hotel is situated in Elche which has the largest palm grove in Europe, the grove has has been declared a world heratige site by UNESCO. The palms surround the hotel and the bungalows (where the accommadation is based) making the place very serene and special. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every moment, the staff are excellent. The breakfast is served in a relaxing dining room overlooking the pool.
Highly recommended for a short stay.

The hotel was excellent and the staff insite of limited English were very helpful and friendly. Andrea one of the Maitre d's was brilliant and spoke English which meant he was always in demand for translation services for both guests and staff. The hotel, grounds and pool were kept very clean and tidy and in immaculate condition.
The food were very good.
We all enjoyed a very relaxing holiday.

“ Hotel was perfect retreat for 3 day break. Lovely accommodation in self contained bungalows, staff very attentive and excellent food in restaurant. The surroundings are breathtaking with the hotel and bungalows almost swallowed up in a forest of palm trees. Not many eating places in Elche in the evening if you're looking for something a bit special but plenty of pavement cafe type places. Small pool area and sunbeds limited - pool opens at 10.00am and you can't reserve beds before then as they're put away at night and not brought back out until after 10 in the morning but be ready to grab one as they go quickly. We would definitely go back but only for a few days as a week would be too long.

Lovely hotel but not many other restaurants around in the area. Luckily, the hotel restaurant was very good.
Very family oriented, lots of spanish families too.
“ Top Tip: A restaurant called Tapella, which was near the Open Cor supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Try the fish noodles - Divine!
