There is ample parking space beside the garden, just in front of the villa entrance.This villa is situated in a rural area in Javea known as El Puchol, just 1 km from the town centre.

El Pedregal beach is 1.5 km away and El Arenal beach is 1 km away. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are 1 km away, El Altet Airport at Alicante is around 105 km away and Manises Airport in Valencia is approximately 120 km from the villa.This villa offers guests a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a dining area with comfortable seating, a dining table and a satellite TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed and the other two each have twin single beds. Guests are also provided with 2 fully fitted bathrooms.

The kitchen comes equipped with a cooker with glass ceramic stovetop, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a fridge/freezer. An iron and ironing board is also provided.The villa features a sheltered and furnished terrace with a rectangular swimming pool (roughly 8x4 m) and sun loungers as well as a built-in barbecue on the patio. There is a golf course approximately 7 km from the hotel.Guests will be advised of key collection point on receiving confirmation of their booking. A refundable deposit will be required upon arrival to insure against damage. Visitors are recommended to bring a car.
