We would definately recommend these appartments and the area. We are a family with two children aged 13 and 15. We have just come back from a fantastic 2 week holiday. The appartment is very comfortable, well equipped. The only donwside is there is no air conditioning, but there is one fan. The appartments and area are very well maintained and clean. The pool bar/cafe is very welcoming and friendly - the food is reasonably priced. The restaurant is excellent. There is not much entertainment organised so it is worth taking cards or games with you.
We will be visiting again.

Top Tip:
The local supermarket and Aldi are in the village Pego, please note the supermarkets are not open on a Sunday.
The beaches near by are just long stretches of sandy beach with fantastic waves for play surfing. There are no restaurants or shops nearby the beach so take down drinks, food, chairs, parasols etc.
There is plenty to do: Naturual Parks, walking, cycling, safari parks, theme parks, water parks. The chocolate museum near to Alicante is definately worth a visit, it is free entrance. It is worth going mid week because you can actually see the factory in operation.
You can catch a boat from Denia to Javia. There is a stoney beach at Javia. You an swim out to a plastic platform which has been made for diving and jumping off.

The apartments were functional and clean, although the balconies were predominantly in the shade and lacked sun-beds etc.
The facilities at the pool were excellent, as were the bar and restaurant, although they could be stretched if the place was full.
Other than the complex facilities, there wasn't much close by and a car was essential to get to the nearest town.

This apartment was needed as we did not have sufficient room in our villa on Monte Pego for all our guests during those two weeks. Our visitors faught each other to stay in your accommodation - mostly, at first, because of the magnificent views, but subsequently because of the standard of the total facility!
Those of our guests who won that fight (!) were not young (to say the least) and despite the steps and hills, they loved their stay. I think that, even if we had enough room, on a future visit to us, they might want to go back to stay in that apartment.
So, well done Travel Republic and especially Bella Vista and their wonderful staff.

Top Tip:
Bella Vista facilities are excellent but La Boheme restaurant is supberb.
A car is definitely needed to reach surrounding amenities etc.

“ Situated on the top of a mountain accessed by a twisting road. Not ideal for all. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna not available during the summer months even though advertised.
