The nearest beach is around 1.5 km away and public transport is also steps away from the hotel. Most rooms come with a balcony. Air conditioning and heating are inpidually adjustable.The hotel offers a swimming pool with children's area, a snack bar (both swimming pools are only open in July & August), sun loungers and parasols. “ Location suitable for car users only. Only 10 mins from airport on N332. Nothing within walking distance, although Santa Pola town is only 5mins drive away. The town and hotel are used primarily by Spanish tourists. Ideal spot for travel along the coast, 45 mins south of Benidorm, some beautiful spots south of Santa Pola. The hotel is basic, but clean and friendly with pool and gardens.
“ Top Tip: Check out La Marina . . . a small town 10km south of Santa Pola, passing hundreds of flamingos on the salt beds!! La Marina beach is one of the best I've seen.... beautiful!!

The room was better than I expected, good specification, lot of traffic noise from the main N3332 road closeby, but great views across Santa Pola, and the Salt lakes where the Pink Flamingos' live.
The food unfortunately was not good, we tried both Al la Carte, and Menu Del Dia, it could have been so much better, the breakfast was no better, although there was a fair selection from different cereal, croissants, jam & marmalade, bacon, scrambled egg, and mini sausages, toast, and coffee plus tea.

Top Tip:
The spa pool attached the hotel was a great asset, includes a sauna, and proved to be very relaxing, but not included in the hotel price.
The Santa Pola market across the road, but not walkable, (need a car) is great to visit for bargains

Renovated in 2001, the fully air-conditioned hotel includes 2 building complexes and with 5 or 6 floors and a total of 159 rooms, of which 46 are singles, 102 doubles and 11 are suites. The hotel has an attractive pool and garden area, a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and lift. It also includes a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area.
“ Do not go all inclusive.The food is fairly good but getting drinks at the bar is difficult.At the rear of hotel is a busy road.Get a room overlooking the pool.

Built in 2001 and comprising a total of 50 rooms spread over 5 floors, there are many facilities on offer at this hotel including a public Internet terminal, a car park and garage facilities. The Gran Hotel Bali is an intricate skyscraper of 186 m making it the tallest hotel building in Europe! This awe-inspiring building was constructed in 2002 and has all the amenities one needs for an unforgettable vacation, including restaurants, bars, and a pool reminiscent of a lake. The magnificent Gran Hotel Bali is 400 m from the beach, 2 km from downtown, and 58 km from the Alicante airport.
“ Where do we start heating in hotel was none existant exept in your bedroom if you put it on,the bath water if you were lucky you may get two inches in the bath then it went stone cold.the staff were surley to the point of being ignorant at times leaving you standing there waiting to be served in the coffee bar whilst they carried on talking with other staff members.

This beach hotel with a quiet and cosy atmosphere has 4 floors with a total of 148 rooms, 4 single rooms and 96 double rooms. In the lobby guests will find a 24-hour reception desk with money exchange service and 2 lifts. The establishment also offers a bar and cafe, and an air-conditioned restaurant with buffet and TV room. There is a car park (with a local charge and subject to availability).
“ Although this hotel was clean it was very basic. There was mainly Spanish people staying there, who made it very clear they did not like English people. The food was very basic as well and very bland. I will not be going back there again. It was quite a walk to the beach each day.
