“ The Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. The entertainment in the hotel was not so good and the activities listed on the board didn´t happen. The food for HB accomodation was o.k but didn´t have much variation from day to day so we were bored of the same menu day in day out.
“ Top Tip: In Roquetas poligono is a very good King Wok Restuarant. Very cheap all you can eat buffet meal. We would definatly go there again. Also Popeye´s Restuarant along the paseo just down from the castle. Lovely food at good prices and a good view of the sea while you eat.

“ We have stayed at this hotel for the last five years and have found it very good - this year it was terrible. The hotel is not being mantained, it was dirty. The sunbeds were filthy or broken and were dangerous. The outside pools and surrounding area were dirty, algae around the baby pool!! The indoor pool was even worse, we brought it to the attention of the staff but nothing was done. There was no variation with the meals and plates were not being cleared from tables. We met with the Manager and listed our complaints and completed an official complaints form. We recommended this hotel to our daughter and family who are going on the 7th June, I really wish we had not as with three young children all they want is to play by the pool and I really think it is a health hazard!!!

This Hotel was classed as 4 star with lots of facilities.
Apart from the impressive reception entrance this hotel was not even above 2 star. The facilities were poor or non existent - no holiday club, shared pool and tennis courts with 1 star apartments was about it. The food was very poor and on some days unrecogoniseable. The quality of staff was also very poor. There were at least 2 very large disabled groups attending the hotel- with mental disabilities, which when approaching young children can be quite frightening for them.
As for room facilities - TV was basic only english channel was BBC world.
Very disappointing.

Excellent Service & facilities 4 Star+++.
The food was varied and plentiful with an added bonus of FREE wine & beer.
Be aware do not expect piping hot food it is not their way of serving food. If they did it would soon go cold anyway because of the air conditioning.
Expect healthy tasty appetising food and plenty of it to enjoy in a leisurely surrounding.
Tip: Use hot plates found behind the metal doors below the buffet table or in the round metal cabinet at the grill end.
This hotel was a favourite with the locals.
Room large, comfortable (my wife wanted to bring the bed home as it helped her bad back), very clean with a great power shower.
This is a wonderful place to stay and RELAX the Spanish way.
