“ Very disappointing. On first arrival we were given a room with live electrical wires hanging where a socket should have been (not ideal with a 2 year old in tow!). We were then moved to another room with a very strong smell of damp, no electricity except light and a damp mattress. Very limited parking (which was difficult to access). Wonderful location but there are plenty of other hotels in the same area.

We felt the service in the hotel didn't match the splendid building, in its fine location. A detailed map of vehicular access to the central square would have saved a lot of hassle in negotiating the fiendish one-way systems.
On our second evening we had a problem with VERY unpleasant liquid coming up through the bathroom floor when the bath plug was taken out. This had not been resolved by the time we left after breakfast the next morning. NOT GOOD!
The food at breakfast was good, but the staff were inattentive to our needs.

Built in 1994, this hetel de charme comprises a total of 145 rooms spread over 3 floors and offers 123 double rooms, 21 single rooms and one suite. The hotel offers a lobby area with 24-hour reception, lifts, a hotel safe and a cafe. There is also a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant and a public Internet terminal as well as a conference room. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities(aditional charge). Laundry and room services round off the facilities on offer.
“ Lovely old building, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. It's a big hotel spread across several original buildings, and if you are unlucky you may have to drag luggage up and down a short stairway (as you will if you ahve parked your car in the basement).
