This hotel is miss represented as whilst it has a pool what they fail to tell you before you book is that this is only open from mid June! Our family arrived on a very hot April day to find the pool covered by a filthy cover and closed. The filthy terrace around it needed weeding and a good clean and generally the attitude from the hotel Director was poor. He promised to lay out an area where we could sit out but that never happened!
The hotel air con stinks -they try to mask this by using a really odorous fragrance which hits you on arrival as you enter the place.
Generally the ambiance is poor.
It was also over run by school parties and a frequent feature were hall parties outside our rooms, where kids would be allowed to plug in their music and sing and dance whenever they wanted.
Rooms were overbooked - Of 3 reserved several months prior - 1 was not ready and it took several hours to find one!
This is not a well run hotel and does NOT deserve it's **** star rating!
