“ Had a little bit of trepidation, having read some of the reviews about the location. But travelling with my 12 year old daughter, we both really enjoyed the hotel. It was perfect for us, being away from the city, but near the beach. Travelling into Barcelona was very easy using the metro, but we also walked along the beach into Barcelona and enjoyed that too. The breakfast buffet was very good, rooms were lovely. We did use the rooftop pool (even though it was freezing!), it has lovely views of Sagrada Familia and was a great place to relax and read. Will be returning to Barcelona and will definitely use the hotel again.

“ We had a great city break! The hotel is very special & grand. The pool area was great on the roof - even though the water was a bit cold. The lobby/bar area is very warm and intimate and proved to be a nice area to chill out late in the evening. The restaurant is fantastic -the food was superb and reasonably priced, the staff here were also kind enough to accommodate us very late at night before the restaurant was due to close. Our room looked new every day after it had been cleaned and the staff were very polite & efficient.
“ Top Tip: Travel advice that we looked at had said that the nearest Metro station was Selva de Mar, however we found the stop after this - Forum - was a better place to board and alight the metro as it was close to the shopping centre and it felt like a nicer walk from there back to the hotel.
