“ The hotel is being renovated floor by floor and is perfectly located in the heart of gothic quarter. Staff are friendly and approachable, interior rooms are good standard. Right next to a metro Jaumie 75 metres how ace is that, great shops and bars as well as old pathways and streets in other words great locarion

“ Top Tip: Please try Schilling it is a great bar Carrer de Ferran on the same road as hotel, great vibe n very relaxed, mellow in the morning, jazz n chilled in the afternoon and music,energy and cocktails.

“ This is not a four star hotel but a very acceptable three star. It was clean. Breakfast was pleasant enough and a bun fight. The decor was very outdated but the location was perfect.

“ Top Tip: Oh it's Barcelona. Everything close by was great food brilliant, bars great, beach only 10 mins walk. gothic quater excellent, Borne well worth a visit. Barcelonetta full of character. Train ride along the coast is worth doing and very cheap.

“ The hotel is in a great location near to everything, La Rambla is a comfortable walk away as is the port and there is a Metro station metres from the hotel (Jaume 1).
The one big negative for us was that our bedroom window was facing a wall which was only about 10 feet away and there was no other room, but it's a city hotel so you can expect these things. Breakfast was good. Would rate the hotel as three star not four.

“ Top Tip: Getting there from the airport was easy too, just take the metro from T2 to Passeig De Gracia then change to L4 to go to Jaume 1 and that's you there. Also you can buy a T10 ticket at the airport train station which gives you 10 journeys for only 8 euro!

“ Good location. Room OK and clean although dark and our toilet leaked when flushed. Bar not attended.
