“ I had a very enjoyable stay here. My room was very modern, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend the breakfast - eggs cooked to order, very good coffee. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
“ Top Tip: If you are visiting the Barcelona Open Tennis tournament in April, I would highly recommend staying at the hotel.

Hotel is rated 5 star but would suggest is a superior 4 star. room size good, bed & pillows very comfortable, bathroom very modern but surprised a 5 star hotel did not provide bathrobe as standard - had to ask for one. Also no branded toiletries products - just melia bottles with un-named shampoo, conditioner etc.
Standard of breakfast good but less choice compared to other 4 star melia hotels(eg Melia Berlin)
Location kind of out of the way but knew this beforehand so knew what to expect.
“ Top Tip: Would recommend buying a travelcard which allows cheap and convenient travel on bus, tram and metro system - lots of buses within walking distance of hotel

“ We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was definitely 5 star, although the hotel itself is really more 4 star. It's not in the centre of Barcelona but that wasn't a problem. Taxis are cheap and plentiful and we also used buses. We liked the modern feel of the hotel and could not have been better looked after by the staff there. Rooms are small but comfortable with lovely modern bathrooms.
