“ An excellent hotel with good facilities and service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The choice of items at the buffet breakfast was superb. The hotel was in a nice quiet. safe area but it was only a short walk to the restaurants and beach at Port Olympic.

“ We usually love staying at H10 hotels as a club member given the extra touches like the complimentary champagne on arrival and free drink at the bar. H10 Marina was no exception if not to the modern standard of design and decoration of their other establishments given that some of the furniture and fittings looked rather dated. This hotel is in a good position if you want to be near the beach and near the metro as all the main tourist areas are just two or three stops away. Unfortunately we couldn't make use of the indoor pool and spa as we had our five year old with us. It would have been good to visit in summer to utilise the rooftop pool which was closed when we were there. The only complaints I had during my stay was that the English TV channels had poor signals and the safe wouldn't lock properly. The breakfast was fabulous as usual with a wide variety of pastries, cakes and freshly cut fruit to choose from. Overall I'd recommend as a good base to explore vibrant Barcelona.

“ Top Tip: there is a cheap and tasty kebab shop opposite the hotel which is very handy for a take away if you are too tired to go out after a hard days sightseeing.
