This central beach hotel, recently refurbished, has 6 floors with 132 double rooms and 13 single rooms. In the lobby reception is a reception desk, open 24 hours, a money exchange service and 2 lifts. The establishment also offers a lounge bar, a pool bar in summer, a games room, TV room and an air-conditioned buffet-style restaurant with a view of the pool area. There is also car park for guests (with local charge and subject to availability).The hotel is situated only 100 m from Benidorm centre and the old town, 5 minutes' walk from Levante Beach and 10 minutes' walk from Poniente Beach. In the surrounding area guests can find many restaurants, bars and shops.The nice and cosy rooms have a complete bathroom, telephone, TV, air conditioning and heating, hire safe and a spacious terrace. The single rooms have a smaller bathroom and some do not have bidets.The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool for adults with a children's area, a sunbathing terrace with sun beds and parasols, a playground for children and a wide games area with darts and billiards (local charge applies). “ Hotel was very clean, the staff were in need of happy pills. Entertainment was rubbish, unless you want to waltz to spanish music. Food was average nothing special not much choice, best thing it was close to the beach and all the shops and pubs, rooms were kept clean and made every day so its not all bad.
“ Top Tip: Duke of Wellington pub good food very friendly staff.

“ Was very clean and had a warm welcome from the lady at the desk. Our room was clean but very cramped with 4 adults in it but the maid did come round with fresh towels and made the beds daily. The man behind the bar was very grumpy and didn't like having too much work to do, the food was orientated around others nationalitys the menu was not very English and was cold at times but they did provide a microwave for you to use! The hotel was mainly filled with old couples but there was sum youngsters but everyone did mix well at the nightly entertainment! Overall we had fun!
“ Top Tip: you will find a small English bar just down the road called Jimmy's bar run by a English man and his wife! Great warm welcome, live sports and great cheap food! A must try if your in the area!

“ Hotel was ok food not wonderful cold sometimes even when we were in there early hotel does cater for the spanish and we were the only english girls in there but for what we paid cant complain .Its clean and staff polite and close to all shops bars etc.
