In the lobby reception is a reception desk, open 24 hours, a money exchange service and 2 lifts. I have been to Benidorm many times,the first time at this hotel.
On the border of the old and new town,no hills to climb.
hotel spotless,cleaned every morning the staff were great,and will help everybody.Some people moaned about food being a little cold,but if you go down two hours after dinner started ? there are microwave at the end of buffet bar.
All in all we had a good time,try jimmys bar,across the road left then right 50 yds good time had by all. regards Alan/Kath

“ ALL HOTEL CLIENT'S SPANISH EXCEPT US, WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT AS WE FIND THEM VERY FRIENDLY, ARE SPANISH IS VERY LIMITED BUT WAS ABLE TO CONVERSE WITH THEM. ROOM VERY GOOD, FOOD GOOD, HANDY FOR OLD TOWN WHICH WE WERE AFTER, BEACH FIVE MINUTES AWAY, WEATHER V/GOOD WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FOR THE MONEY.

Albir Garden Apartments are modern and well-equipped and with good facilities. This is a truly attractive complex of low-rise apartments, an ideal holiday resort for families. Set against a backdrop of hills, the Albir Gardens enjoys a quiet location with cafes and restaurants only 150 metres away. The resort centre is a distance of 1 km and the beach is 1.4 km. Lots of family fun and games, good value for money and friendly staff to entertain you. Book the Albir Garden Apartments for a relaxing holiday with some quality time for all! Local Tips: This region has some fascinating local historical sights and natural wonders to visit if you want to get out and about. Official rating is second category.
“ I have stayed at albir gardens many times, so I know what to expect. No english tele apart from true movies. Staff at reception very willing as always to give you whatever help or info you need. Catering facs abit limited, but all in all a good place to stay self catering.

Renovated in 2005, this beach hotel has a total of 456 rooms (48 of which are single rooms) over 12 floors. This air-conditioned establishment offers guests a reception desk manned around the clock, lifts, a TV room, a games room, as well as a restaurant and a bar.

This hotel is situated 250 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the centre of Old Town and Benidorm. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with full bathroom facilities. Facilities at this hotel include a large swimming pool (heated during the winter), adult swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court, table tennis, children's playground, sun loungers, background music, press, bar service at the pool, shows, live music, dancing at the disco, a buffet restaurant and a varied entertainment program.
“ Excellent position for everything, very clean even though our room was overlooked on one day, but soon corrected after a word at reception. Very friendly and helpful staff. My critiscm would be insufficient choice of vegetables at dinner, and food did not appear to be kept at hot enough temperatur.

This beach hotel, with a relaxing atmosphere, has 5 floors and a total of 112 rooms including 5 single rooms and 107 double rooms. In the lobby guests will find 24-reception, currency exchange service, safe box and 2 lifts. The establishment also has an air-conditioned breakfast room, an indoor and outdoor bar, TV room and games room.
“ Not very comfortable at all - No Fridge or drink making facilities at all in the rooms, I was not too well for a couple of days and I had to stay in the hotel without even the 'luxury' of a drink. I had to get ready and go out, whilst feeling ill, to get a drink with which to take medication.
