This apartment complex, built in 1970 and renovated in 1999, has 5 floors and a total of 70 apartments, of which 52 are one bedroom apartments and 18 are two bedroom apartments, most of them with terraces. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with a currency exchange, a safe and a lift.The apartments are wonderfully located in the centre of Benidorm, near the Old Town and right in the shopping district of the city, where guests will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Levante Beach is 75 metres away. The nearest public bus stop is 100 metres away.The comfortable apartments have one or two bedrooms with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a safe (charges apply). central heating and air conditioning in the living room. The kitchen comes with a fridge, two electric hobs, a microwave and a toaster. Most of the apartments feature a terrace. Maid service is offered once a week and linen as well as towels are changed twice a week.The apartments do not include a bar, restaurant or swimming pool however guests may use all the services of the sister hotel, which is situated just 10 metres away. These include a restaurant, a bar, rooftop outdoor swimming pool, heated during the winter months, a hot tub, a gym and sauna (charges apply). An entertainment programme also takes place at this hotel.A refundable breakage deposit will be required upon arrival.

“ very good apartments well maintained altho it was jan -feb full sized fridge which is a bonus when self catering staff pleasant and helpful only negative was the smell in bathroom which could be drainage system so kept little bathroom window open as much as possible all in all no complaints .

I had stayed at the Avenida hotel last November for 4 weeks,but had to change rooms as they need upgrading,Iwas on the 3rd floor,dark because had to keep curtains closed as onerlooked by residential flats just accross the alley!Rooms more 2 star than 5 star!
That is why this time I stayed in the apartments just accross the road from the hotel!
I booked 2 weeks full board in a one bedroom apartment with sole occupancy,sleeps up to 4,and it was cheaper than staying in the hotel!
Apartments need updating,very basic,but for the price I paid excellet value for what you get!They are fully serviced once a week,sheets and towels changed twice a week! Fully equiped kitchen with full size fridge freezer,microwave cooker,
double hob.All utensils crockery and cutlery! Only one real problem,the smell when you exit the lift is sometimes overpowering,as being in the old town,the drains need upgrading!They try their best to disguise the problem,but it is is still noticable!
“ Top Tip: Two minutes walk to the Levante beach,great selection of shops,cafes and bars all close by!Klee Kafee free drag show most nights with free sandwiches,good laugh, one minute away!'Intimate english bar' with kareoke 3 mins, away in calle san rouge,second right just off the walking street!!

Built in 1971, this hotel was completely renovated in 1997 and offers a total of 247 rooms, spread over 11 floors. The hotel lobby area offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and lift access. Additional facilities include a games room, a hairdresser's salon, a cafe and an air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant and highchairs for children and laundry services.Furthermore, the hotel has a playground outside.

The Don Salva Apartments are situated in Benidorm just 800 metres from the beach and 750 metres from the Avenida de Europa, the most well known street in Benidorm which runs parallel to the beach of Playa Levante. Also close by are a number of shops, bars and restaurants. These apartments are modern and tasteful in décor and include all necessary amenities.
“ very clean, basic kitchen equipment, we were facing the benidorm rounderbout and it was a bit noisy in early morning. it was 2 streets away from a place called Cheap & Cheerful fab breakfast and good home cooked meals, beers from a euro fab placeworth a visit, its abit of a trek to the square but you can pub crawl there.

This beach apartment complex, with a cosy atmosphere, has 4 buildings with 24 floors each with 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. There are 2 lifts in each building. A free car park also features (subject to availability).
“ good apartment,location was perfect for everything on arrival the fridge did not work, and no hot water,i reported this to the office and straight away they sent a man to fix the problem, and a new fridge delivered with in a few hours very impressed .

These apartments have a superb location, directly overlooking the Levante beach and close to the centre of Benidorm (Rincon de Loix area). The apartments are basic but spacious and all have a balcony directly over the beach front. Apartments all have two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. For those who prefer, there is a swimming pool with a seperate section for children. Please note that a €150 refundable breakage deposit is payable on arrival.
“ me an my boyfriend av just come back from the veracuz it was lovely,it was nice an clean,there was a microwave there as well as a cooker,there was even a iron an ironing board there.u av to put 1 euro in telly for a hour but not worth it cause there is no english on it.ow ya there is a washing machine in it as well. i loved it that much hopefully gonna go back again for new year.
