“ The hotel and staff were great, staff on the reception desk were very polite and helpful. The Agir is situated in a great position in Benidorm. My only problem was the food, it catered more for the spanish sector, but that didn't spoil anything about my holiday.

“ The hotel is in a excellent location. Breakfast is mainly continental but the evening meals were simply awful so best to book bed & breakfast and eat out. There is another restaurant in the ground floor which was not open which may have been better. Excellent service , rooms very clean though small.Roof pool very small but adequate and spa facilities. This is really a contempary couples hotel.

“ Wonderful hotel in centre of town within easy reach of both the beach and entertainments. Although on a busy road the hotel is very quiet and well presented. The staff all very helpful and friendly, speaking very good english. I would say it was more suited to couples looking for a bit more of a romantic trip. The restaurant serves a selection of fine cuisine at night more suited to a 5 star restaurant which children would find a struggle to find something to eat. The only downside to the hotel was the pool... it's not very big at all and probably because its on the 6th floor next to the spa, but you are only 2 minutes from the beach which is well looked after. I am planning to go again and would look at staying here first{if someone has the kids again}.
“ Top Tip: The guiness bar on the beach was my favourite, good food cheapish drinks and live music away from the bustle of the town centre.

“ When we had arrived we had missed dinner but when we got to our room there were two trays of food waiting for us, a very nice touch. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff just great but the only thing that lets it down is the standard of the food, it was not good, in fact tasteless. It's a pity because everything else was perfect.

This hotel is situated 250 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the centre of Old Town and Benidorm. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with full bathroom facilities. Facilities at this hotel include a large swimming pool (heated during the winter), adult swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court, table tennis, children's playground, sun loungers, background music, press, bar service at the pool, shows, live music, dancing at the disco, a buffet restaurant and a varied entertainment program.
“ Excellent position for everything, very clean even though our room was overlooked on one day, but soon corrected after a word at reception. Very friendly and helpful staff. My critiscm would be insufficient choice of vegetables at dinner, and food did not appear to be kept at hot enough temperatur.

This beach hotel, with a relaxing atmosphere, has 5 floors and a total of 112 rooms including 5 single rooms and 107 double rooms. In the lobby guests will find 24-reception, currency exchange service, safe box and 2 lifts. The establishment also has an air-conditioned breakfast room, an indoor and outdoor bar, TV room and games room.
“ Not very comfortable at all - No Fridge or drink making facilities at all in the rooms, I was not too well for a couple of days and I had to stay in the hotel without even the 'luxury' of a drink. I had to get ready and go out, whilst feeling ill, to get a drink with which to take medication.
