The building was renovated in 2004 and consists of 200 apartments spread across 25 floors. Amongst the facilities offered include hotel safes (for an additional fee) and lifts.This apartment complex is situated in the tourist centre of Playa de Levante and is only 450 m from the nearest sandy beach. Numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are within 100 m of the hotel. The nearest nightclub is just 700 m from the hotel and a public transport link can be found only 50 metres away.All apartments are comfortable and come equipped with an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, an oven, tea/coffee facilities, satellite/cable TV, an ironing set, a safe and a terrace. The personnel take care of the final cleaning of the apartments.The complex offers guests use of a pool, sun loungers and a tennis court. The nearest golf course is around 8 km from the hotel. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the beach.The establishment does not offer 24-hour reception service. The key collection point will be advised on guests' reservation voucher.

“ The Apartments were very basic but were adequate. We had just enough time on the Saturday to collect our keys from the key holding place which was a ten minute walk from the apartments. This was the only downside. The gentleman who supplied the keys was very pleasant and helpful. No problems.

Apartment needs a bit of money spent on it.The window in the bathroom was falling off (both hinges broken)The shower bracket was loose and the shower kept moving to spray the wall.The sliding door to the balcony was sticking and hard to open and the lock didn`t work.The main problem is getting the keys,you have first to find the office (which is along the beach front)and hope you arrive when it`s open.Arrive at the wrong time and you will have a three hour wait(siesta)and then you have a ten minute slog uphill dragging your luggage.
I have given this a poor rating due to the above which could be sorted easily especially the key situation as the building appears to have a live in concierge.
