“ We arrived at the belroy appartments on Saturday 14th jan, it was a 4day break with my boyfriend and his mum so we booked a 1 bedroom apartment to sleep up to four. Receptionist seemed a bit funny when she asked if it was 3(like she had on computer as two people) but she added another card and sent us to our room on the 14th floor. We arrived and got packing out way and I'm looking at sofa in living area and it doesn't go into a bed :( cleaner came in and couldn't speak much English but enough to say we were in wrong room, she got reception on phone and receptionist said there was no rooms for us that night and me and my boyfriend should move for one night then we all move into right room next day but as we had unpacked,been travelling all day we just couldn't be bothered. In the end the couch wasn't too bad but the receptionist knew she was sending us up to the wrong room and was also very rude on the phone, cleaners were nice and made the effort to resolve it. Appartments were nice,clean,basic. They had massive balcony although we only used front which had a lovely see view. Bit noisy but to be expected as its quite central, ten mins to strip and 10 min to old town. We love benidorm and if it wasn't for hiccup it would be all good. Although the les Dunn hotel is right on beach and looked nicer so would go elsewhere due to mess up and receptionist. There was one really nice receptionist who was friendly and helpful
“ Top Tip: Ask for above 4th floor as great views, there was a kettle in the room, cafe benidorm drinks at strip are 2 4 1 and take that tribute are great that play there

This hotel is well placed for the amenties of Benidorm. If your going there fore teh fiesta week like we did, its just far ebnough away from all the noise but near enough for all the fun.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Belroy, and like last year it did not let us down. We were a group of 10 adults who all tried to find a negative fault of the hotel but we couldnt, the location - rooms- cleanliness and staff couldnt be better.
We will be back in 2012
“ Top Tip: The music bar and Pepes club which is attached The Belroy are a very welcome addition. Also the hotel is between Levante beach and the old town so very handy for all the attractions. Also the bus service runs outside the hotel, so if you prefer to catch the bus they run every 15 minutes.

“ Accommodation is basic but perfectly adequate if you want to cook your own meals or just use it for a place to sleep and eat and drink elsewhere. Staff are very friendly, the beach is a a 10 minute stroll away and there are shops, bars and plenty of places to eat close by.

This lively 3 star complex is situated in an animated area in the city of Benidorm, just 300 m away from the well known Levante Beach.
