Our room was a very good size. Very clean although maybe a bit dated.
Room cleaned daily and towels changed daily.
The food in the hotel was good and varied. Managed to find something to eat every day. We were Full Board.
Location was ideal for the beach and nearer the old town.
Staff in dining room friendly and helpful.
Would go back to this hotel.

“ This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it was just as good this time as the first time. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The food is good, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and it is situated close to the beach and only a short walk to either the old town or new town. At night the hotel is quiet as there were no stag or hen parties banging about or shouting. We will stay at this hotel again when we go back to Benidorm in November.

“ The hotel is situated close to the shops,old town, night life and levante beach. with the hotel accommodation being well above average,clean and tidy with good staff and a varied menu in the lower floor restaurant. Parking with a car can be expensive at 10 Euro per night on the hotel underground car park, street parking being metered until 2100hrs at night. Over all I would use this hotel again and recommend it to other guests.

“ Great Hotel right in the Centre of Benidorm between old and new town, only one thing that I see might be a problem at height of summer when really busy is that there is only 2 small lifts for whole hotel which has 9 floors, but apart from that great location and meals are great. Something for everyone.
