This beach hotel, in a modern style, has 17 floors and a total of 226 rooms, 16 single rooms, 208 double rooms and 2 suites. In the lobby reception guests will find a reception desk with money exchange service, luggage room, terminals with Internet connection (local charge) and ADSL WLAN zone (public areas only and local charge). The establishment offers a bar and cafe in the lounge during the daytime, a bar in the night-time and an air-conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking and thematic buffet at dinnertime. There is also a games room and television room. The hotel has a car park and garage (local charges apply and subject to availability).The hotel is situated a few metres from Benidorm's centre and 5 minutes' walk from Levante beach. In the surroundings guests will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Public transport is also a few metres away.The rooms, spacious and comfortable, have a complete bathroom with hairdryer, SAT television, telephone, minibar (local charge), central air conditioning and heating, safe box (local charge) and terrace. The hotel also offers room service (bar opening hours and local charge apply).The hotel has 3 sun terraces, all with sun beds and parasols, one in the terraced roof with nice views of the city, one in the second floor with access to the swimming pool, and the last one can be found by the adult's swimming pool and children's pool. The adult's pool is covered and heated from November to April and there is a snack bar next to the swimming pool (only in summertime). Furthermore, there is also a gym, sauna (local charge) and hot tub (local charge) in the establishment. Guests can enjoy a varied entertainment programme during the day and in the evening, with all kinds of activities, depending on the season. There is also special entertainment for children (summer season). The nearest golf course is only 5 km away.

“ rooms were fine, bit on the small side, but then again there were 3 of us in the room. they hairdryers are terrible - take your own deffinately. the pool and outside areas are a little tired looking and could do with an complete refurb, but i also went out of season so may get better!
“ Top Tip: ask for a refurbed room, take your own hairdryer

“ Excellent hotel,newly revamped and painted lovely and colourful.Receptionist staff a little stern but always helped sraight away to phone taxis etc.Food was the freshest i have tasted in Spain,but mainly spanish not much English food on offer.The restaurant staff are the most helpful,poite,staff i have ever encounted,they make the hotel and the hotel should be proud of them! Entertainment mainly caters for the spanish,but nice spanish music.The pool however was freezing,it needs heating in oct! Also 9 euros to use the indoor jaccuzi each is a little steep! loads of sunbeds to sunbathe and different sunbathing areas.All in all i would say it's a very clean hotel,oh and the maids clean and make beds every day.I would say it's a high quality 3 star hotel.

“ My wife, friends and I have visited this hotel on several occations. This year, the hotel has undergone a refurbishment and this has made it more enjoyable to stay there. The food as always is exceptional. The location of the hotel gives visitors a short walk to the shopping area, although the beach is a bit further to walk. There are plenty of shops to browse through. The local bus service is excellent and one can travel the area for a small fare. The only black spot that my friends and I found as last time. One of the reception staff his name is "Isandro" I think. This man is very ignorant to all the british people but not his own people.
“ Top Tip: The one bar I can recommend is "Sherry's" near the church. Most nights there is good music and great "karioke" with "Duggan". Duggan also has a mean quiz.

“ HOTEL ACCOMMODATION EXCELLENT, ROOM CLEANED AND TOWELS CHANGED EVERY DAY. BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT HOT WATER FOR TEA ONLY LUKEWARM. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE OUTSIDE POOL, WATER WAS FREEZING AND THE SUN BEDS WERE IN THE SHADE FOR MOST OF THE DAY. ALSO LUCKILY WE WERE ON THE 2ND FLOOR, IF YOU WERE A LOT HIGHER PEOPLE WERE WAITING A LONG TIME FOR THE LIFT, WHICH ONLY ALLOWED APPROX 4 PEOPLE IN AT A TIME. MAKING MEAL TIMES A NIGHTMARE.
“ Top Tip: BEACH, BARS AND RESTAURANTS WITHIN 5 MINUTES FROM HOTEL. CHINA TOWN CHINESE RESTAURANT JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE HOTEL, WAS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY, A SET 3 COURSE MENU FOR 5.95 EUROS, ALSO A BOTTLE OF WHITE WINE FOR 3.95 EUROS (WHAT A BARGAIN)
