“ not enough hot water for four people to bath in fact not enough hot water for two people appt very cold at night heater supplied not large enough to heat any room in appt key pick up and drop offapain

“ Top Tip: plenty pubs restaurants on doorstep would recommed plaza good food and entrtainment

“ The appartments were very clean with nice interior very close to all amenites very impresive for the price i would book these again

“ The only downside to the Europa Apartments is that there is no reception and you have to travel to Apartments elsewhere to collect your keys, which is a hassle you don't really want when you first arrive. Apartments are spacious, clean & have all amenities that you need apart from a toaster, but heh I aint complaining!!!!

Apartments are also very secure.

“ Top Tip: Close to hotel there are pubs, shops & beach is close by, these apartments are situated at a good location

“ The apartment complex itself is below average, from decor to facilities, the restaurant/bar at the complex seemed to dislike the english people altogether, for example a friend and i sat at a table to be served and was waitng a good period of time,when a spanish couple sat next to us and received table service almost immediately, we thought nothing of this at first but the following day the exact same thing happened, we decided to eat of the complex for the remainder of the holiday! also the whole place had a rather prison like feel to it, from large black hard steel gates and fences around the pool area, to security guards with coshes(batons) patrolling the area! if looking for a cheap stay in benidorm, have no self respect,and do not wish to be welcomed by the local people i would advise staying here!

“ Top Tip: theres a hidden beach on the other side of the hill that the complex is on check google maps for exact location, also advise snorkeling in the levante beach area just of the rocks!
