Lifts a pain as can stop at every floor even when full,
Food was good but the restaurant was very noisy ,staff very helpfull.
no early morning tea or coffee available if check out before start of breakfast. :-(

“ hotel very good as on previous occasions,excellent choice and quality. staff helpful and housemaids very good. But some of rooms starting to look a bit 'tired' and could do with a bit of attention.

“ We have visited this hotel several times over the last 6 years and still like the hotel but it has lost a little bit of sparkle for us . The rooms are large and spacious but are ready for a revamp and to be fair I believe are in the process of being done ! The food isnt as good as it was and there is plenty of choice but a little bland and watery! Also there are now a lot of hen/stag nights allowed and seems to get over taken by alot of large groups of them and can be overwhelming which is a shame but we have never seen any trouble.
