This beach apartment complex, with a cosy atmosphere, has 4 buildings with 24 floors each with 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. There are 2 lifts in each building. A free car park also features (subject to availability).This apartment complex is located just 700 metres from Levante beach and 1 km from the city centre, as well as the old town. Links to the public transport network lie about 100 m away, along with a variety of shopping and entertainment venues, such as boutiques, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The old quarter of Casco Antiguo, San Jaime Church, as well as the wonderful Aigeera and Elche parks, are also worth seeing. Terra Mitica theme park should also not be missed out of visitors' sightseeing programme. Alicante El Altet Airport is roughly 65 km from the hotel.The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds. In addition to a fully equipped bathroom bathroom, the apartments feature a kitchen with vitroceramic hobs, an electric oven, fridge, coffee/tea pot, iron and utensils. In the dining/living room there is a sofa bed, furniture, hire safe, heating and a television (with charge). Apartments also have a terrace, some of which are glass covered.The complex has outdoor swimming pool for adults and children's pool and a sun terrace. The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, depending on the weather.The key collection time and place will be indicated in the voucher. Upon arrival a refundable breakage deposit will be required as guarantee for the good use of facilities.

“ Stayed at the Gemelos IV with 3 friends for a weekend away and the room was great very large balcony spacious lounge well equipped kitchen with oven,hob,fridge freezer, microwave,toaster and a washing machine clean and tidy, after reading some reviews on these apartments I was a little worried but there was no reason to be, can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it.
“ Top Tip: A must the rendevous resturant/bar breakfast fantastic full English 2 sausage, 3 bacon,2 eggs, mushrooms beans and toast 4.50euro and all cooked fresh and the owners are lovely lovely people so very helpful and accommodating, try there russian beer 2 euros a pint and its beautiful.

“ when we got to the apartments we found out that 1 of the beds was broken and the oven didn't work. we reported it to the company, and the next day they sent somebody out to sort the prolems out. the apartment were very clean and tidy. would stay again. 1 other thing there is no water in the pools till may...
“ Top Tip: we went to the yorkshire pride for tea most night, cheap in price and lots for your money meals were 10 out 10 also cheap local drinks. would deffo go back.

“ GOOD LOCATION, QUIET INSIDE EVENTHOUGH NEAR TO NIGHTLIFE, WE HAD A COMTORTABLE STAY, POOL WASN'T IN USE WHEN WE WENT LAST WEEK, BUT SUNBEDS WERE OUT.WELL EQUIPPED FOR SELF CATERING, IRON AND BOARD TV CHANNELS THAT ARE RECORDED IN ENGLISH CAN BE CONVERTED USING REMOTE, SO SOMETHING TO WATCH AT LEAST!NICE AND SECURE HAVING GATED ENTRANCE, WITH TWO KEYS. OFFICE FOR KEYPICK UP ONLY ACROSS THE ROAD.WE WOULD GO AGAIN.

“ The Apartments were very clean everything we needed for our self-catering holiday was there from the cooker to microwave fridge & washing machine we really enjoyed our stay.
“ Top Tip: The pubs/restaurants we visited most were The Tartan Shamrock & The Wooky Hollow 2 very welcoming and warn atmosphere food in both were very good
