“ The only thing i can fault on is, the entertainment at night in this hotel was aimed at the older person. I thought there would have been a disco, but it seemed to be more ballroom dancing and waltzing and the DJ/entertainer only spoke in Spanish. Not good when you only speak English and there was quite a few English there at the time.
“ Top Tip: Good entertainment for us was the Western bar and Morgans which are in the town.

“
Stayed at the Palm beach all inclusive for a weekend.Ten people in the party aged 15 -54. The hotel is clean but could do with a lick of paint especially in the corridors.Even though we were only there a few days the maid came to clean everyday. The restaurant was always busy sometimes struggled to all sit on one table. The food was varied, I enjoyed Paella, the salads, fish dishes and the fresh fruit . The men liked the soup ,potatoes and meat(except the lamb chops as there were tough lol) the younger ones had chicken nuggets and chips. Plenty of choice sometimes could do with being a bit warmer but there was a microwave to warm it up in. Sangria and drinks served to you at the table.
The indoor swimming pool was warm and empty as was the sauna, we didn't try the Gym and presumably would be busier in high summer. The entertainment was geared to the many spanish staying there , flamenco dancing, line dancing, a magician etc but we didn't feel unwelcome and we are in Spain! There were a few hen/stag parties but until the last night we didn't get any noticible noise in the early hours of the morning.
All in all couldn't fault the hotel ,had an enjoyable time there and was worth the money we paid.
“ Top Tip: Walk up the hill in stages or criss cross from the bottom it's steep. I have asthma and only once did it beat me and I struggled near to the top.

“ We stayed allinclusive and could not complain about anything. The hotel was very clean and the food was good, always hot, there was something for everyone. The rooms were cleaned every day and clean towels if you needed them. The staff on reception were very polite and helpful. The hotel does a free bus service from outside which is a good thing because the hotel is up a very step hill. I would stay here again.
“ Top Tip: A great place to go is The Benidorm Cafe in the british square, we had a great time dancing the night away. We were a group of 11 and the ages varied from 21-57.

“ Just back from a one week stay in the Benelux Park and was absolutely delighted with the ambience, food and accomodation. Was somewhat apprehensive about going to a 3 star hotel, (we were visiting some friends who were staying there for 4 weeks) but found that the food and facilities were on a par with a 4 star we stayed in last year in Tenerife.

The Ambassador Playa Hotel consists of two sister hotels linked by a covered walkway and will appeal to families, young and lively and couples looking for a central hotel from which to enjoy Benidorm. The property is very popular with British holidaymakers due to its great location and varied choice of activities and entertainment available on-site. The hotel is an official 3 star but due to its amenities and recent refurbishment we have categorised it as 4.
“ We spent a very pleasant week at the Ambassador last week. Bedrooms very clean and warm. Food was acceptable, with plenty of choice. I am ceoliac and I found plenty to choose from. Especially sweets!!! Was a cool week and was cold in the lounge bar when doors opened, would be better if only one door opened and not two.
