The Paraiso 10 apartments are located on the Levante Beach, in a relatively quiet area, but also very close to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is aprox 800 m walk (12 minute walk) down a gentle slope and the old town centre is aprox a 20 minute walk away. These apartments are the ideal place to stay on a self catering holiday in Benidorm, combining quality apartments with the added services of a hotel inlcuding a 24 hour reception and bar café on site. Whether travelling as a couple, with family or friends the apartments are the ideal base for your holiday.
The building has 154 apartments on 26 floors. Our 89 apartments ( MARVILL Alquileres y servicios S.L.) are comfortable and tastefully furnished , all of them have balconies, some of which are closed in with sliding glass windows. They are fully equipped: kitchen with fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, mini oven & grill and electric hob plus utensils and necessary crockery for the number of people staying in the apartments. Two single beds in the bedroom, and in the lounge a sofa pull out bed for an additional two people. Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. Televisions with satellite channels. Each room has a safe deposit box (extra charge), keys available in reception. For families with infants cots are available from reception (extra charge). All apartments are fully electrical, in kitchen and for hot water. Heating/air-conditioning units in each apartment.
Next to reception you cannot miss a visit to the Paradise Corner Bar. Enjoy a drink with family and friends in comfortable surroundings. A large selection of drinks, coffees, beers etc. both national international brands are available.

“ Pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartments were. There were 5 of us in a two bedroom one and it was plenty enough room. Maybe another bathroom would have been good but we managed. We were on the 16th floor and it was quiet didn't hear any drunks or loudness from youngsters. I thought the apartments were very secure with three separate keys to get into the room! Only thing that was a put off was Muggers Alley, from one of the bedrooms you could see the campers and all the rubbish which did spoil the lovely view we had. We did avoid the area and walked round the long way after seeing the reviews on here and the bag snatching. Not far from the beach and night life.
“ Top Tip: Have a night out at The Rich Bitch in the old town, it is a hillarous drag show. You do need to book in advance online.

“ Paraiso 10 appartments are just a few yards away from the main hustle and bustle, short 5 minute walk to restaurants and entertainment and a straight walk to the beach approx 15 mins. i have stayed in these apparements 3 times before they are very basic but very clean - shared pool which could probably do with a few unbrellas for shade and a pool bar or easy access to the nearby Titantic.
“ Top Tip: Great Food in the Yorkshire Pride. Great act in talk of the town Keith Richard and Little Fred (the monkey) we have been to see this on every visit.
