This aparthotel with a cosy atmosphere, has 23 floors and houses a total of 46 one-bedroom apartments. There is a reception open 24 hours with money exchange facilities and a safe box, 2 lifts, a bar-cafe with access to the sun terrace, games and television room.Situated in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk from Levante beach, and a 40-minute walk from the old town and the centre of Benidorm, or if guests prefer a few metres away there is a public transport connection which takes 10 minutes. Nearby, guests will find many restaurants, bars and shops.The apartments can accommodate up to 5 guests and have one bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen and a spacious terrace. All have a separate small kitchen equipped with electric hob, electric oven, fridge, tea pot/coffee pot, toaster and utensils. The living and dining room has a TV (local charge), air conditioning (local charge), heating and hire safe box.The resort has an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children's area, a terrace-solarium with sun beds (local charge) and playground. Guests can also enjoy the spacious games room with table tennis, billiards (local charge) and television. The nearest golf course is only 5 km away.Upon arrival, a refundable deposit against breakage will be charged for use of the facilities. “ Stayed at these apartments several times and have always found them to be good value for money. The staff are friendly and apartments clean. Some way from the beach and clubs but at makes it a bit quieter at night. Would go again.
“ Top Tip: Would recommend china garden. Excellent Chinese. Also Vincent's triangle pubs and Yorkshire pride if you don't mind a five min walk.

“ In no less than a few words.Fantastic will be visiting again but for a longer time.Views from our balcony was great (sea views). Very quiet area.Shame we had to come back home on Sunday as we found that the Flee Market was on our doorstep.

“ Very friendly n helpfull staff, really nice. but if you wasnt up early enough to put your towel on one of the SEVERN sunbeds they had around the pool, then no good, but they say they were to be delivered next month, like next month was gonna really benefit me. there was 4 of us in the 1 appartment, we had to buy our own loo rolls, n had to ask for a towel change, which then we only recieved 2.

“ This hotel is needing a make over it is run down.There is nothing to do in the hotel and the pool area is dirty.The smell from the bathroom drains are disgusting and after one shower the water is cold.You can only put one thing on a t a time as the electric trip switch goes of if you put kettle and toaster on at same time .I don,t know why its a 3 star as i would only give it a one .There is no slip mats in shower and my daughter near had an nasty accident ,this was all reported and there still was not one when we left.I will never return there .
