A very well rated three star hotel. Perfect for the older clientelle, good clean rooms and friendly helpful staff.
A minor disappointment was the charge made for car parking;albeit safe , secure underground parking
“ Top Tip: The hotel is very near the centre for Benidorm's famous nightlife with sufficient entertainment on site for the older traveller on an evening.

“ the hotel was nice the rooms i thought were basic no fridge in room, bath too narrow no good if you are over weight, food was the let down some of it was over cooked some under cooked was also cold the selection was not very good this was the first hotel i have stayed in where i did not eat very much everyone complained about the food

“ the hotel was lovely and the icecream is to die for! we were on floor 2 , it could get a bit noisy at night. we were on the pool side so thought it may of been quieter. It was that hot we had to sleep with the patio doors open and the mosquitoes kept flying in and biting me!

Top Tip:
Had a lovely boat trip to benidorm island, went in morgans bar (which is neptunes in the Benidorm programme, and also the algar waterfalls which also did some filming for Benidorm.
One afternoon did get ruined though. We were walking along near the shops after going to the market on Sunday and a man had a little stall and 3 half coconuts or potatoes and a little red pea and you had to guess which coconut the ball is under. A few people did it and got it right to double their money (obviously we know now it was people that were all part of the same scam and pretending to win)
So he shuffled them again and left the red pea sticking a little bit out of the middle one (obviously on purpose as we know now!) so we get out our money as I was going to put a euro on it and the amn next to me was whispering ''its in the middle one'' like he was on my side, then next thing, they snatched a bundle of notes out of our hand and he moves the middle one and surprise surprise the pea isn't there, and off they run up the street, long gone with our euros!!
The police didn't even bother looking for them and said we could file a complaint but it would cost 25 euros.
So, everyone be WARNED about this type of scam and also the pick-pocketers (which we WERE warned about) and were very carefull about that - just wish we got warned about the street scammers.
Aside from that we had a great time and saw some lovely places, bought some nice things and soaked up lots of sun
