“ The hotel is rated as 4* but I would say it's a good 3*. The rooms were a little "tired" but clean and well serviced.The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you have a car it's good that the hotel has it's own parking as on street parking is vertually impossible. The rooms have a mini bar but no kettle or tea making facilities. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and the breakfast was excellent, good quality food & a huge choice.
The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the old town and the beach and 15 min walk from the main strip. A tall apartment block opposite casts a shadow over the pool but does move across during the day.
The test is would we stay there again and, to be honest yes we would.

“ Top Tip: The Wooky Hollow bar in the Calle de Gerona is worth a visit, the staff are excellent and the prices are very good.
If you can, visit Calpe and have a meal in the seafood restaurants around the marina, we had 4 three course fresh fish meals, a glass of Sangria each, 2 bottles of wine, bread and a free tapas plate all for €48. Can't better that.
