“ Stayed in Rosamar 4 years ago and didn't enjoy it then, but due to booking late to join my friends the usual choices of Venus or Pueblo were unavailable so I booked Rosamar because it wasn't too far away from Venus were my friends were. It hasn't changed, in fact it has gone worse. Found the food bland, tastless and poor choice. Staff were dour and didn't crack a smile.

Also they charge for internet which is free in servigroup hotels. Only one plug socket working which was in the bathroom, not ideal for two women. On a positive note the drink service is quick in the restaurant, which is a good job as you need plenty of water to get the food down.

There are plenty of nice bars in that area though and away from the bedlam of the square and the front. The Flash hotel bar next door but one was great, singer on in the afternoon, lovely decor, cheap priced drinks and ideal to people watch.

“ We were in Benidorm for my 50th celebrations, a group of 8 for 3 nights only .We arrived late morning no probs checking in, our rooms were fine very clean and on the 5th floor for 3 rooms and 11th floor for the other. The hotel is very close to bars, shops etc & short walk to the beach. The food was lovely & hot too, we had a lovely surprise on our return the first afternoon bottle of champagne and fruit in all our rooms I cannot remember saying that it was for my 50th when we booked it ! so if I didn't it must have been either the Rosamar or Travel Republic taking note of passport ! whoever it was Thank you it was lovely. The pool area was big and there didn't seem to be a problem getting sunbeds. The lifts were rather busy at certain times but as we were 5th floor it wasn't to bad to walk. The only negative was the noise of people coming and going because we were near the stairs and the walls are not very thick !! but earplugs would sort that .

“ Top Tip: The Hotel is just across the road from Morgans Bar (Neptunes in Benidorm) great acts on in there.

“ We have been to this hotel about six times and we always enjoy it .The staff are friendly and helpful and always welcoming. The food is very good and plenty of variety.The rooms are clean and towels are changed every day.Very handy to beach and nightlife but not to close to hear the noise .

“ Top Tip: The indoor market is great and the club Talk of the town is really close with plenty of good acts on.
