The building has 16 floors with three apartments per floor and a parking.These apartments are situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, a few metres from Levante beach and the town centre. Several bars, cafes, supermarkets and bus stops are located in the neighbourhood. Alicante airport lies about 65 km from the hotel.The apartments have 1 bedroom plus 1 bedroom in a sunroom with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a stove, oven, hob bathroom and terrace. Optionally, for additional fee, there is also satellite/ cable TV or safe box. The cleaning at end of stay and the bed linen changing weekly are included.The hotel features a swimming pool for adults and children and a small garden.When collecting the keys guests must pay a 200 euro deposit which will be returned upon departure if no damage has been caused.

“ Hotel was very close to local restaurants and entertainment which was ideal for us. This may be a problem for families as you could hear loud music untill around 1 in the morning.
“ Top Tip: The yorkshire pride pub along the road was great for food

would have been more convenient if the pick up for the keys wasn,t so far away.
an electric kettle would be nice. and a tv that could show more than one english
chanel would be a lot better. we were charged over 15€ for that.
