Property Summary
These apartments have a superb location, directly overlooking the Levante beach and close to the centre of Benidorm (Rincon de Loix area). The apartments are basic but spacious and all have a balcony directly over the beach front. Apartments all have two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. For those who prefer, there is a swimming pool with a seperate section for children.
Please note that a €150 refundable breakage deposit is payable on arrival.

“ View - fabulous! position - Fabulous! facilities - not very good. My bed had springs sticking up. No amenities in kitchen - i.e. electric kettle, toaster. We had to use grill in oven - luckily we knew how to work the calor gas etc, but some people who were not used to that, wouldn't know how to use gas rings, grill etc. i think there should be at least a toaster in the apartment. no toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc etc, which we have had in other apartments, and so you have to buy all these things (which don't come in small amounts), and then they have to be left, as you can't take them home with you....little things like this would make a big difference. The only other thing was the maid came knocking on the door at 9.00 am telling us we had to be out for 10 am (the guy at fincas told us 10.30 - 11.00), so we didn't have time to have any breakfast, before we were out on the street with our luggage and nowhere to leave it for 7 hours..until we left Benidorm to go back to the airport.

“ We stayed in these apartments last year on the 17th floor .This year we were on the 7th floor much better .Good position on the front near bars etc .The flat smelled musty and unused when we arrived and the furniture was tired and dated .It was clean and had plenty of spare towels and bedding .Overall it was fine and suitable for our stay.

“ This apartment block is described very well, it does exactly what it says on the tin. The rooms require £100 deposit, not £150 as stated, and getting that back requires a good 20min walk if you leave on a sunday like our 14 man group.

Generally we found the hotel and decor to be tired, in need of renewing to bring it up to date. The reception staff had no command of English, and at no time during the booking process were we made aware that we would have to collect the keys from another establishment, which was a good ten minute taxi ride away adding o the cost of the holiday.
Disappointing really.

“ are apartment was great beach front 2 bedrooms ,washing machine sofa wasnt great but they were upating them when we were there kids enjoyed and was handy to everything food,shops,supermarket,bus stops would stay there again the office is next door to pick the keys up and we were leaving early on the sat so we got are 100 euro depiost back on the friday no problem
