Generally very impressed: clean, fairly quiet, with very good facilities and excellent food. The hotel is well located in the centre of Benidorm. I was given a large family room for single use on an upper floor with a balcony overlooking the coast to one side. Some problems with the heating and security box but nothing major.
Very good value for money.

This beach hotel with a quiet atmosphere has 3 floors and a total of 92 rooms, with 71 double rooms, 15 single rooms, 5 junior suites and a suite. In the hall guests will find a reception desk, with a currency exchange service and more, as well as a lift. The establishment has 2 air-conditioned restaurants, a bar-cafe with a terrace in summer and 2 event and meeting rooms. The hotel offers a car park for guests.
“ Fabulous location, right across the (quiet) road from the beach. Unusual to get a single room that overlooks the beach too - it's usually a converted broom cupboard! The only minor gripe was that the restaurant staff seemed a little grumpy, and more focussed on bringing food than cleaning tables.

The establishment also has an air-conditioned breakfast room, an indoor and outdoor bar, TV room and games room.
“ Not very comfortable at all - No Fridge or drink making facilities at all in the rooms, I was not too well for a couple of days and I had to stay in the hotel without even the 'luxury' of a drink. I had to get ready and go out, whilst feeling ill, to get a drink with which to take medication.
