My friend and I have been going to the Benilux Park since 2006. We have been in April and August times.
We find the staff very polite and helpful and we are greeted like old friends. Nothing ever seems too much trouble.
The rooms are spotlessly clean along with all areas of the hotel.
There is always an excellent choice of food with special evenings where there is a carvery which consists of either lamb, pork, chicken or beef. During our stay we had fresh prawns too.
The gardens are very well maintained with flowering pots, trees and lawn.
Children have their own paddling pool and small play area and there is gym equipment on the lawn for adults.
Generally occupied by a more mature guest but suitable for children , which are few.
Entertainment of some kind every evening with dancing till late.
I would recommend this hotel.
“ Top Tip: There is a super market a few hundred yards away and a bus stop right outside which takes you to the new town of Benidorm.

“ Just back from a one week stay in the Benelux Park and was absolutely delighted with the ambience, food and accomodation. Was somewhat apprehensive about going to a 3 star hotel, (we were visiting some friends who were staying there for 4 weeks) but found that the food and facilities were on a par with a 4 star we stayed in last year in Tenerife. We were particularily impresssed with the quality and variety of the food, the lounge/bar area and bedroom had been refurbished and the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff all added to making a very enjoyable week.

“ Hotel very good standard. The food was good and service was spot on. It was near to old town but a taxi from new town, if you are wanting that then you need a hotel nearer the new town and british entertainment.
“ Top Tip: The beach is a short stroll with shops etc and lovely quieter beach.

This is definitely a 3 star hotel, the staff were pleasent and helpfull. there was a good mix of nationalities staying in the hotel mainly French, Spanish and Scandinavian. The rooms were small but adequate but the bathrooms were very small. One good point was that the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Meal times could be a bit of a problem as they were very regimented, breakfast was from 8am-10am and dinner was from 7.30-9.30 all tables were cleared by the end of meal times and food removed so if you hadn`t finished your breakfast by 10am or your dinner by 9.30pm then you had no chance. The food was of a good quality but choice was a bit limlted and a bit repetitive.
A plus point would be the location of the hotel, it was only a short walk to Poinente beach about 10 mins and the old town of Benidorm with its narrow streets and tapas bars and great atmosphere was also within walking distance.
