“ THE HOTEL WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY NICELY SITUATED WITH FANTASTIC VIEWS OF BENIDORM AS A WHOLE BUT WE WERE ON THE 7th FLOOR. THE ROOM WAS BASIC BUT CLEAN - BUT WE HAD AN AWFUL SMELL FROM THE DRAINS WHICH WE COULDN'T GET SORTED. WE WERE TOLD ALL BENIDORM HAS THE PROBLEM BUT OTHER GUESTS WE SPOKE TO HADN'T GOT THE SAME SMELL. HAVING SAID THAT WE STUCK IT OUT AND DIDN'T LET IT SPOIL OUR HOLIDAY. THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND THE SERVICE IN THE BAR AND RESTERAUNT WAS EXCEPTIONAL. WE HAD A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY.

“ Top Tip: THE ENTERTAINMENT AT THE HOTEL BALI JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY, ON THE NEXT STREET, WAS VERY GOOD AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL ABOUT GOING THERE AND GETTING IN. SOME OF THE GUESTS FROM OUR HOTEL EVEN USED THEIR SWIMMING POOL. BUT IF YOU WANT BEACH THEN CALLA BEACH IS LESS CROWDED THAN BENIDORMS OTHER TWO.

“ Excellent location if you enjoy a gentle stroll to the beach, you have a choice of two entirely different ones, Pontiente or Fistrate. Good links from the hotel with public transport. Hotel clean and rooms comfortable. Food choice is good. staff are very hard working.

“ Top Tip: Fab Happy Hour 4-7 in the hotel bar.

“ I use low cost booking agents many times throughout the year and normally our chosen hotels no matter what star rating are fine. This hotel was clean, had a good location and was fine with the exception of the food. There is very little choice, but you can get by, one evening I waited for a new tray of pasta to come out, when it arrived i was first in line and it was cold, the reply from hotel staff was there is a microwave to heat it up, which i did not think was satisfactory. So if you choose this hotel dont have food.

“ Top Tip: The beer Acadamy at the Calas Marina apartments is great for an afternoon pint, staff are great. La Cala beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and is a beautiful quiet bay, with many bars and restuarants to choose from.
