The hotel was built in 1972 and renovated in 1999 and consists of 197 rooms spread over 7 floors. 26 of the rooms are singles and 171 are doubles. Room and laundry services are available as well as medical assistance.This pleasant beach hotel is located in the tourist area, just 5 minutes from the city centre. The beach, bars, pubs and nightclubs are all 10 minutes from the hotel.The en suite rooms are welcoming and come equipped with a hairdryer, parquet floorboards, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, air conditioning, central heating and a safe. Some rooms include a terrace.The hotel has a swimming pool, a poolside snack bar and sun loungers. There is also the opportunity to join the water aerobics classes, enjoy a massage, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a solarium and the gym. The seasonal entertainment programme rounds off the hotel's offerings. It is approximately 10 km to the nearest golf course.

“ enough clean, kitchen well tried, not very extensive buffet, wine and water included.

Top Tip:
There is a bar restaurant on the square where the market takes place on Wednesdays
with good tapas. with very good parking except Wednesday.

“ Like other comments previously left much to be desear.La hotel room was spacious, the cleaning was very good, the first day and we had to complain, the lock on the balcony door would not lock was broken like the clothesline was broken and took him and brought ninguno.La shower leaking tanker continuo.La pool is very small for a hotel room just so that the meals were home restaurant.Guest but not much variety for children, staff did not very nice except for the maitre d 'and some kids are going camareros.Si not recommend it.

Hotel Carlos I, left a bit disappointed, clean rooms and other facilities as well, but poor organization in the dining room, we had to queue for hours to eat, we spent a lot of heat throughout the hotel, restaurant, bar, even rooms.
Lack of personnel, since it was high season.
Discuss the slow elevators.
Lack of small details such as: brush in the sink, a table on the terrace, etc ...

The hotel is average.
Positives: Very friendly and helpful. Replenished the empty trays from the buffet as there are people, although time has passed down to eat.
Negatives: I found it far from the beach. The pool very small, at least in August with the hotel full. Only 2 lifts, long wait until it gets at peak times. Small dining room in August, the hotel full, long queues and even wait outside at lunch and dinner, until you have free tables.
