“ Top Tip: bus stop right outside!! 1.50€ right into the centre wish we had realised it was there straight away rather than walking all the time we only realised a few days from going home. bus times posted on notice boards in hotel reception.

this hotel is ok it is on a steep hill which leads down to town centre and the beach 10 to 15 mins walk not good if you have walking problems.
the hotel is ok and as all you need for self catering the rooms were ok BUT THE BEDS WERE REALLY HARD AND UNCOMFATABLE AND THEY WERE VERY SMELLY (SMOKERS AND THE DRAINS)
the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you the pool was cold even after a very hot summer the sea was warmer
the beach was lovely
grannys tea rooms was lovely and very friendly located in a side street at the beginning of town centre
taxis around 6 to 10 euros back to hotel

“ The Terralta Apartments is an excellent Apartotel which has some more than welcome value for money facilities. The rooms are spotlessly clean, cleaned and changed regularly, all the facilities required to provide breakfast, lunch and evening meal, with no nasty surprises whatsoever. The only constructive suggestion I would make is that the TV should be better situated in the room, as some need to turn their neck 90 degrees to view the TV, but as we were out of the room for most of the day and night, I am really nit picking. The pool is magnificent, the entertainment focused around the family, and the drinks and prices are quality, yet inexpensive. The hotel is situated half way up a fairly steep residential road, so may not be suitable for those who need a walking stick, or need to be on the flat. The walk to the beach (Poniente) is down hill, and you are there....and they have a half hourly cheap bus service into the old town, which stops outside of the Terralta itself. We have stayed with them twice, and have booked to return in May 2014 for a 3rd time. Anyone who has young children will love this place, the staff and management couldn't be more helpful.....and friendly, and all at a very affordable price....happy days
“ Top Tip: Old Town pub/restaurant Sherry's bar, get them on line and on facebook for value for money and high quality English food, which is above the Malpas beach, a quaint little bay, wonderful warm and safe water, snorkelling....a real joy.
