It would have got 10 out of 10 but the mattress was uncomfartable we did not
complain gecause the hotel staff were very nice and friendly and we were only there
for a few days. A great hotel very clean and great staff and the food was good
and great restraunt manager and we will be going there again.
“ Top Tip: graet little beach and very clean and good shops and had a walk into Benidorm

“ Very nice and very clean. The entertainment was very loud and stayed on very late which is not too good if you have a young family that goes to bed early or if you are an older couple that goes to bed before 12.30am.

“ The place was pleasant and nice,friendly staffs but they dont speak english.However the food there is perfect.I really enjoyed the food while there.
“ Top Tip: Theres a local beach not far from the hotel but I prefered the one at the centre which is not far as well.

“ Top Tip: I have been going to La ala for 8 years, so there was nothing really special except the place itself

Great for families, but without neglecting other types of customers. All the good service, good buffet food, and hotel activities Tropic Alone and very entertaining. All very familiar and comfortable, no frills but miss you at all.
I had already gone before, but we are willing to repeat. Thanks, I needed. La Cala perfect for children.

“ Where do we start heating in hotel was none existant exept in your bedroom if you put it on,the bath water if you were lucky you may get two inches in the bath then it went stone cold.the staff were surley to the point of being ignorant at times leaving you standing there waiting to be served in the coffee bar whilst they carried on talking with other staff members.

This hotel, built in 1970 and renovated in 2006, has a total of 90 rooms spread over 5 floors. It offers a 24 hours reception service with foreign money exchange. It has a bar, cafe, games room, TV lounge, air conditioned restaurant and an internet access point (charges apply).
“ Great hotel, easy and quick check in by Peter the Manager, got room we requested which was on a high floor with pool view. Room cleaned every day and was spotless and fresh towels and beds changed. Our friends were coming 2 days after us, we asked if could get put on same floor as ut but they done better than that and put them in room opposite, thanks to Vincent on reception.
